Etta - Mayo Cooperation丨Electrotransfection of PBMC, Purified T by X-Porator H1 : shining again!

1. The Mayo trip

On May 12-19, Edward Dai (Etta CEO) and Wang Ying (Laboratory Manager) went to the United States together for a week of technical exchange and cooperation talks with Mayo Clinic (founded in 1863, the largest and most advanced comprehensive medical system in the United States). The two sides jointly completed electrotransfection experiments on CHO - S, HEK293 and other cell lines, as well as PBMC, purified T and other primary cells, and achieved excellent results!

The “Mayo trip” this time has opened up in-depth cooperation between the two sides in the field of immunotherapy and has become a new starting point for Etta to open up the international market and carry out international cooperation!

(TE: Transfection efficiency, V: Viability)

PBMC transfected pMAX-GFP via electroporation using X-Porator H1 demonstrated reasonable transfection efficiency of over 78.9% in 3E-NA-3 buffer as measured 24h after electrotransfection via FACS, and cell viability of 44% as measured by L/D aqua. While Transposon GFP show transfection efficiency of over 52.6% and cell viability of 89%.

(TE: Transfection efficiency, V: Viability)

Purified T cell electrotransfected pMAX-GFP using X-Porator H1 demonstrated reasonable transfection efficiency of over 77.3% in 3E-NA-3 buffer as measured 24h after electrotransfection by FACS, and cell viability of 27.7% as measured by L/D aqua. While Transposon GFP showed transfection efficiency of over 72.5% and cell viability of 65.5%.
